6.15 Penalties
Any person violating any provision of this Chapter, including those provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes, Wisconsin Administrative Code or any other materials which are incorporated by reference, shall upon conviction thereof forfeit not less than $50.00 nor more than $1,000.00 and the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such forfeiture and costs of prosecution shall be imprisoned in the County Jail until payment of such forfeiture and the costs of prosecution, but not exceeding ninety (90) days for each violation, provided, however, that in no case shall the forfeiture imposed for a violation of any provision of this section exceed the maximum fine for the same offense under the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
