How to Disable PDF/A Mode
If you are having trouble viewing any of our PDFs try disabling PDF/A mode. This usually fixes any issues with viewing our documents.
1. Open Adobe Reader 9 (Start > All Programs > Adobe Reader 9)
2. Click on Edit > Preferences.
3. In the Preferences window, click on the “Documents” category on the left side category listing.
4. Change the PDF/A View Mode drop down menu from “Only for PDF/A documents” to “Never”.
