Coordinated Effort Leads to an Arrest in Arson Investigation

A coordinated, multi-agency investigation between La Crosse Police Department, La Crosse Fire Department, La Crosse County Sheriff Office, Onalaska Police Department, and Onalaska Fire Department, in a series of recent intentionally set fires has led to the arrest of David P. Sheldon (04/28/89).
