On Tuesday April 2nd, 2024, at approximately 5:30am, the La Crosse Police Department was informed by Crime Stoppers of an anonymous tip about a bomb that was going to go off at Logan High School. La Crosse Police worked with the La Crosse Fire Department and a perimeter was set up. School Administrators were notified of the possible threat and assisted the Police Department in their response. Wisconsin State Patrol responded with a canine trained in explosive detection. The building was searched, and nothing was located. La Crosse Public Schools were not in session today due to a holiday break.
