The mission of the La Crosse-Luoyang Friendship Association, Inc. is to assist the people of La Crosse and surrounding area in learning about the traditions, history, way of life and values of Luoyang, China, while at the same time encouraging the people of Luoyang to learn about the traditions, history, way of life and values of La Crosse and the United States.
