This program is instructor led with a wide variety of up-beat music involved. Have fun exercising while sitting on a chair. Chair Fitness will get your heart pumping and your body moving. Chair Fitness is for all ages and all fitness levels. You should consult your physician or other healthcare professional before starting this or any other fitness program. Registration is required. COVID-19 protocols will be followed - masks required, social distancing, and occupancy limits will be in place.
