The City Clerk and staff serve the public by providing legal notice and support of public meetings, preservation of and open access to public records, issuing municipal licenses, administering municipal elections and maintaining the City Seal and Municipal Code.
Public Service Hours (walk-in) are as follows:
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Lobby of City Hall.
The City Clerk desk is at the south end of the lobby (Window 5).

Applications/forms, including any applicable filing fee, for the City Clerk may be mailed, dropped off during public service hours or deposited in the GREEN drop box on the north side of City Hall. Place application and respective fee in a sealed envelope to the attention of City Clerk's Office.
