If you have not drawn for a while, or if you need a refresher, come join us in this two-part class. William Eddy will guide you in mastering linear perspective, the pathway of sight. You will also be introduced to the types and characteristics of line. We will cover drawing materials and surfaces. In the second part of the class, you will concentrate on gesture drawing, contour drawing, cross contour drawing, and weight drawing. The structured exercises will provide a meaningful experience for beginners or a refresher for the advanced student. Materials needed: drawing pad at least 18”x24”, drawing pencils, charcoal, CONTE crayon, and a Sharpie.
