Are your affairs in order?  What exactly do you need to have to have your affairs in order?  Wills, Trusts, and Transfer of Death Deeds are just a part of the process.  Who will manage your estate when you pass?  This workshop will present the basics of estate planning with an emphasis on the workings of Wills, Trusts, and Probate and Beneficiary assignments.
