Join us for a free lunch, good conversation, and some down-home comfort classics at the La Crosse Family Restaurant (2120 Rose Street, La Crosse).
Club Connectivity is designed specifically to meet the needs and interests of people who are living with Early Onset Dementia/Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). This club will provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and offer fun, meaningful ways to stay socially connected and active in the community. Care partners and/or family members are invited to participate, too. If you are living with a diagnosis of Early Onset Dementia/MCI, we hope you will consider joining Club Connectivity.
