Club Connectivity is designed specifically to meet the needs and interests of people who are living with Early Onset Dementia/Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). This club will provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and offer fun, meaningful ways to stay socially connected and active in the community. Care partners and/or family members are invited to participate, too. If you are living with a diagnosis of Early Onset Dementia/MCI, we hope you will consider joining Club Connectivity.
