Meet at the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center and board a bus to head to Champion’s Riverside Resort for lunch with lots of Green Bay Packers decor! After lunch, take a ride to Galesville and stop at The Craft Barn. The Craft Barn is a unique destination located in the scenic Driftless Region of west central Wisconsin. Visitors are treated to a unique combination of surrounding working farms, a barn turned gift shop, and the changing seasons. The Craft Barn provides a unique shopping experience for home and garden décor. You will find many items not offered anywhere else. Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
Club Connectivity is designed specifically to meet the needs and interests of people who are living with Early Onset Dementia/Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). This club will provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and offer fun, meaningful ways to stay socially connected and active in the community. Members will help determine what topics and group activities they would like to pursue each month. Care partners and family members may be invited to participate, too. If you are living with a diagnosis of Early Onset Dementia/MCI, please consider joining Club Connectivity. Registration is required for each session. We hope you will join us!
