Learn more about how occupational therapists, with Home Safety Innovation, perform home evaluations and modifications to help reduce falls within your home and help you age safely in your OWN home. 
They provide a wide range of services that include assessment of your current living environment in relation to your function, modifications to help increase independence and biomechanics to help decrease fall risks, and maintain strength.
