Explore the "Five Gates of Grief" as described by Francis Weller in his book The Wild Edge of Sorrow.
“We experience grief every day of our lives, from personal losses, like the death of loved ones, to global loss through environmental destruction, and climate change.” Use Weller's "Gates of Grief" to discuss how these losses can lead to a deeper connection to ourselves, our community, our planet, and to what we consider sacred. Participants are encouraged to read the book (because it is fantastic!), but it will not be necessary to read it in order to participate in the discussion. Attend when you can! Facilitated by Heather Bach, End-of-Life & Grief Doula
