This event is sponsored by the La Crosse County Caregiver Coalition, La Crosse County ADRC, and City of La Crosse Parks & Recreation department; and features a guided mediation and Chair Chi (an adaptive form of Tai Chi). To register call 608.785.5700.
Caregivers join for a day of learning, laughing, relaxation, and connection. Lunch is included. Respite will be offered, if needed please indicate while registering.
