Connect Café offers fun, engaging, and meaningful activities to help stay active and connected in the community. Join for a light snack and meet with others who are living with a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), dementia, or Parkinson’s disease. Care partners and family members are invited to participate. Connect Café offers a judgement-free zone and safe place to share, laugh, and learn from each other.
