Join the Viterbo Dietetic Interns in navigating the instant pot. Do not own an instant pot? No worries! The interns will walk you through using an instant pot, but you will be equipped with recipes that could be prepared in either an instant pot or slow cooker. Each Insta-Pot session will have different recipes provided.
