Start the day with lunch at the very popular Farmhouse Eatery and Gifts in Caledonia. Afterwards head to the Hidden Springs Peony Farm in Spring Grove. A family-owned and operated peony farm is home to over 600 highly collectable and proven peony varieties, many of which are heirloom. They also offer a wide variety of rare plants, succulents, fruits, and more – making them a popular destination for Midwest gardeners looking to brighten their indoor and outdoor gardens. Take a tour of the 56 acre farm and have an opportunity to shop. The last stop for the day will be the RockFilter Distillery. Lunch is on your own. Return to La Crosse at approximately 5:00pm.
