THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR SPRING SPORTS IS MONDAY, JANUARY 8, 2024!
Register online or at the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center, 1433 Rose St., or by calling 608.789.7596 REGISTRATION FEE: The sports registration fee is $30.00 for all athletes.
Athletes are required to pay off existing balances before registering for a sport.
Make checks payable to City Treasurer. MEDICAL FORM REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, January 15, 2024
For competition eligibility and participation all athletes MUST:
• Have a Special Olympics medical form on file through Sunday, April 14, 2024 OR
have a Special Olympics medical form competed and returned before Monday, January 15, 2024.
Medical forms are available at the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center or online.
• Attend the mandatory meeting, all practices, scrimmages, and tournaments. MANDATORY MEETING: Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center.
