The Tri-State Accordion Club has been around for at least a decade as an informal fellowship of accordion players in the area. The Club is perhaps best known for their continued participation in the Oktoberfest Parade, where they have won three consecutive awards in the past three parades for musical excellence. The group loves to play the polkas and waltzes that people associate with the accordion, but also include in their repertoires classical tunes, marches, standard pop tunes, country tunes, folk tunes, soft rock tunes, and music that is surprising to be heard on the accordion.
