Connect Smart offers fun and engaging creative activities for persons living with dementia. This program offers small group sessions with activities to help people living with dementia maintain physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills, including movement, art, and music. Care partner support and education is offered in a separate room during each session. Snacks provided by Eagle Crest for those who register for selected dates.
