Join the Children’s Resource Center at 'CARE and Prepare,' a learning session designed for families of
children with mental health concerns. Families will put together a “CARE Notebook” and learn how to
navigate IEP/504 plans, ensuring families have the knowledge to advocate for their child's needs in and out of school. Feel free to bring the whole family along, as there will be activities younger children, gas cards for each family attending.
A light meal will be provided for all registrants and a limited number of gas cards will be provided to assist with lowering the barriers for attendance. There will be no more than one gas card gifted per household attending together.
