See the Tundra Swans as they journey from the Arctic South. Joni Welda, Minnesota Master Naturalist, and staff at the Upper Mississippi River Fish and Wildlife Refuge, will be giving a brief history of the refuge at the overlook in Brownsville, MN. Learn why the area is so important to migrant birds and how to improve your identification skills of migrant birds to the area using your eyes and ears along with simple technology. Please dress appropriately for the weather - it might be colder on the overlook than in La Crosse. Bus pickup: SSNC @ 9:00am; Return to La Crosse at approximately 12:00pm
