Please refer to the Legislative Information Center for an accurate meeting schedule, as well as the meeting agendas and minutes. Meetings are typically the third Monday of odd months at 4:30 PM in City Hall's 5th Floor Conference Room when staffed by the City (beginning in 2017, the JBHC is staffed by the County).

The Port of La Crosse Harbor Commission is a Joint Committee of the City of La Crosse and La Crosse County established under an intergovernmental agreement between the City and County of La Crosse. The Commission shall exercise such powers and duties as provided under Wis. Stat. §30.38, except where such powers refer to a specific municipality and are inconsistent with other provisions of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of La Crosse and the County of La Crosse.
