There are two different Street Privilege Permits, based upon the length of time requested. A Temporary Street Privilege Permit is good for a period of time less than 90 days. Anything longer than 90 days is considered by Wisconsin State Statutes to be a permanent encroachment and requires a Revocable Occupancy Permit.
