The Keep the Wreath Green campaign places a wreath illuminated with green bulbs on display at the local fire departments from November 24th through January 1st. This is done to help raise fire awareness for area residents. For every fire that occurs in the La Crosse Area, a green bulb will be replaced with a red bulb. There is a single white bulb at the top of the wreath in remembrance of all fallen firefighters and military members. Included here are some safety tips to help keep the wreath green:
