2024 Pool Season: Friday, June 7 - Sunday, August 25

The City of La Crosse Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department operates 3 municipal swimming pools between June and August.

Pool Admission Information

Youth Ages 3-17: $5.00/person              Adults Ages 18+: $5.00/person
All children 2 years of age and under must wear an approved swim diaper.
Diapers are available at all three pools for a cost of $1.00.

2024 Pool Membership Information
Family Memberships ($210 / $140 for City of La Crosse Resident w/ Discount). Family memberships include a maximum of 2 adult guardians and any children/step-children under the age of 18.

Single Memberships ($105 / $70 for City of La Crosse Resident w/ Discount). Individuals over the age of 18 must obtain their own membership. Babysitters, day care employees, and grandparents are not allowed on family memberships.

Pool Punch Passes are available for purchase at the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center (1433 Rose Street) or the La Crosse City Hall (400 La Crosse Street). Each visit is equal to 2 punches for youth (3-17) and adults (18+). Pool Punch Passes expire at the end of each pool season. You can renew past Punch Passes for this pool season and all remaining punches will be carried over when you renew! Past Pool Punch Passes can be renewed by calling the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center at 608-789-8640 or the La Crosse Parks & Recreation Department at 608-789-7533.

New Punch Passes: 30 punches for $30
Renewal Punch Passes: 30 punches for $30 OR 5 punches for $5.00 OR any increment of 5

Pool Rentals

Looking for a cool place to hold a party? Rent the North Side Community Pool or Veterans Memorial Pool for your next family gathering, company event, or a night with your friends! We provide the lifeguards; you provide the food and fun! Rentals are available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings, June 14th - August 24th from 5:15pm - 7:15pm. Call 608-789-7533 to make your reservation!

1-50 Attendees --- $210 / $150 for City of La Crosse Resident w/ Discount
50-100 Attendees --- $250 / $175 for City of La Crosse Resident w/ Discount

End of Summer Hours: Pool hours will be adjusted Monday, August 12^th – Thursday, August 22^nd for Open Swim from 1:00pm – 5:00pm with a last chance opportunity for weeknight Pool Reservations from 5:15pm – 7:15. Weekend hours will remain the same.

Free Admission Days at the Pools

• Sunday, June 16th, 2024 (Father's Day): All fathers, accompanied by their family, will receive free admission.
• Thursday, July 4th, 2024 (Military Appreciation Day): Any military personnel (active or retired) and their family will receive free admission as a thank you for your service!
• Sunday, August 25th, 2024 (Customer Appreciation Day): Everyone will receive free admission as a thank you for your continued support of the City of La Crosse Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department's Aquatics Programs!

Splash Pads & Beaches

Splash pads and beaches will be open with no restrictions or supervision.
