Home MenuAdult Programs
The City of La Crosse Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department is proud to provide programming for all ages and abilities. Our adult programs and classes are held at our two neighborhood centers, the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center, 1433 Rose Street, and the South Side Neighborhood Center, 1300 6th Street S., as well as at the Community Connections Center, 1407 St. Andrews Street.
Our adult programs range from the creative: drawing, painting and card making; to keeping fit: tai chi, yoga and boot camp. But that’s not all! Adult enrichment classes include learning about your finances, learning sign language, and learning how to improve your technology skills. There are classes on cooking and composting, and health and wellness. We also provide dementia support and caregiver education classes.
So check it out - there are many more classes than are listed here, and there is bound to be a class that matches your interest and ability level!
