Submission of this form does not guarantee the class will be provided.  Once the form is submitted, it will be reviewed by Parks and Recreation Department staff.  If staff determines that this meets the goals of the department and identified as a need in the community, then Parks and Recreation staff will try to find an instructor to continue the process.  This form will be kept on file for future programming ideas.  Submitted programs will also be reviewed by the Programs committee to ensure there are no competing or conflicts of programs.
