REGISTRATION FEE: The sports registration fee is $40.00 for all athletes. Athletes are required to pay off existing balances before registering for a sport. Make checks payable to City Treasurer.
MEDICAL FORM REGISTRATION DEADLINE: December 15, 2024
For competition eligibility and participation all athletes must:
Have a Special Olympics medical form on file through Sunday, February 9, 2025, OR have a Special Olympics medical form competed and returned before December 15, 2024. Medical forms are available at the Black River Beach Neighborhood Center or online.

All athletes who are planning to participate in basketball are required to attend the mandatory meeting in order to be eligible for competition.
